Pill pressing refers to transporting the produced content and rubber to the pill pressing production line to finally produce pills. The process of shot pressing is as follows: at the left and right ends of the equipment, there is a rubber sheet close to the middle. When they are about to converge, the small pipe above will inject a set amount of content, and then wrap the content in the rubber sheet and peel it off through the action of the mold and spray body. This process is very similar to the process of making dumplings

Dry, all the balls are soft just after being pressed. It is necessary to dry the soft capsules in the drying room to make the balls shape. The scientific low-temperature, high-temperature and low-temperature three-stage drying process has been adopted by Neuspo Guangsai, which has greatly improved the drying efficiency.

The dried pills will be transported to the pill concentrator. Through the pill concentrator, the pills with uneven shape will be automatically selected and removed. Then, the qualified products shall be subject to manual light inspection to further eliminate the unqualified products such as bubbles in the balls.

The final qualified products shall be packaged. Complete the last process of soft capsule production.
